Pascal Chevalier
Chairman and co-founder of Reworld Media
Pascal previously served as Chairman of Netbooster (Alternext Paris ALNBT), Director of Prosodie in London (now Cap Gemini) and Chairman of CPI Venture. He is also currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tradedoubler (Stockholm Nasdaq OMX) and Co-Chairman of Network Finance. Age 50, Pascal holds an MBA from IAE Paris and EPITA (IT engineering).
Gautier Normand
CEO and co-founder of Reworld Media
Gautier was previously Chief Executive of The Tribune. He joined NextRadio TV in 2007 as Head of Projects reporting to the Chairman, notably securing the purchase of La Tribune from LVMH. He was previously Development Director at Axel Springer France (2006) and Media Sector Director at Deloitte (2001). Today, Gautier is also Chairman of Tradedoubler. He is 41 years old and a graduate of ISC Paris.
Germain Perinet
Director of Print Operations & Brand Publisher
Germain was Head of Printing and Distribution at the economic-press daily La Tribune for four years. He was also Head of Printing at the Express Roularta Group (2007), at AG+J (Prisma Presse) and at Axel Springer France (2003). Germain is a graduate of the IFCEM (Communication and Media Training Institute).
Jérémy Parola
Chief Digital Officer
Jérémy joined the Group in 2013 as Director of Digital Operations. Since October 2019, he has extended his scope to the digital development of all the Group’s media brands, following the acquisition of Mondadori France. A graduate of the EDHEC Business School and holder of a Higher Master’s Degree from CELSA, Jérémy was Head of New Media Business Development at La Tribune and Project Leader at Bolloré. He is an expert in webmarketing, new media and community management. Jérémy teaches webmarketing at a business school and a civil service training centre.
Bertrand Clavières
General Director of Publications Grand Public
An entrepreneur and developer, Bertrand Clavières began his career in the media, working for a purchasing group and a publisher, before playing an instrumental role, from 1999, in the development of web players such as Qlx Ricardo, Voyages-Sncf and Expedia, then heading companies such as Weekendesk, Gault & Millau, Dpam.com and Oclio.fr.
Today, Bertrand is in charge of developing activities at PGP, a company that produces some 160 different publications, and distributes them directly to all of France’s hyper and supermarket chains.
Elodie Bretaudeau Fonteilles
Managing Director Reworld MediaConnect
Elodie Bretaudeau Fonteilles’s mission is to develop the advertising network, through its various print and digital media, by offering innovative communication solutions adapted to the needs of advertisers. Since 2016, Elodie has been Executive Director of GMC Media, the Marie Claire Group advertising agency, after a career at NRJ Groupe, Yahoo and having held various positions at Lagardère Publicité for more than 8 years. She holds a Master 2 in Marketing and Marketing Management Studies from ESSCA.
Matthias Stadelmeyer
CEO of Tradedoubler
Matthias Stadelmeyer joined Tradedoubler in 2007 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer, then Chairman in September 2014, until Reworld Media took control of the Group. Prior to that, he held the positions of Vice President of Sales from 2013 and Vice President of Technology from 2010 to 2013.
Matthias began his career as a Team Leader for Online Sales and Marketing at CANCOM IT Systeme AG, Munich, and studied Management and Industrial Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich.
Guillaume Sampic
Managing Director of Media 365, Content Squad and Sport Strategies
With a Master’s degree in Finance and a DEA (Diploma of Advanced Studies) in Strategies & Management from Paris X – HEC – ESSEC, Guillaume Sampic headed several companies in the Internet sector (Parship, Senior Planet, Yazino) before joining Reworld Media Group in 2015.
He started his career as Country Manager at Walt Disney Group (Disney Interactive Europe) before taking charge of the Business Development Department at Bilendi (formerly Maximiles)
Stephane Haitaian
Executive Director of Auto, Infotainment, Nature and Digital Group divisions
Having joined the Mondadori group in 1998 in the TV titles marketing department, Stéphane Haitaian contributed to the launch of the first websites of the Star cluster in 2001, then to the successful launch of the weekly people Closer in 2006 as Editor. Also appointed to this position on Grazia, which he launched in 2009, in 2012 he became deputy director of the Star and Nature divisions. In 2014 he was appointed Executive Director of the Auto, Infotainment and Nature divisions, then, in 2017, he extended his scope to the digital activities of the group acquired by Reworld Media.
Laetitia Quet
Administrative and financial director
Laetitia Quet joined Reworld Media at the end of 2020 as Administrative and Financial Director of the group. With a solid experience of financial functions associated with the management of strong and profitable growth in the media market, she started her career in 2009 as Financial Controller, then Manager of Management Control at NextInteractive (NextRadioTV group ). In 2012, she became Financial Controller of NextRadioTV, then Deputy Financial Director, working on the various issues of valuation and growth of the group’s media assets. She then held the position of Administrative and Financial Director of Altice Media France for 4 years, following the takeover of NextRadioTV by Altice Group.

Franck Attal
CEO Event Flow
Specialist in the organization of professional and general public events, Franck joined Reworld Media to lead the Group’s event diversification. For more than 20 years, he has organized and produced large-scale events in different formats; congresses, fairs, roadshows, conferences or awards. It is by taking advantage of the expertise of media brands, their rich and exclusive content and by integrating print and digital visibility that it makes the event a media in itself.
Cédric Vincent
Legal director
Cédric Vincent joined Reworld Media in April 2020 as Group Legal Director. A graduate of Essec and the Paris Bar, he started his career in 2007 as a lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions / corporate financing. Since 2012, he has been a co-founding partner of the firm LERINS & BCW Avocats specializing in business law. It has supported Reworld Media since its creation
